[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] disable vf_pp if libavcodec/ is not present

Hi,
when checking out from cvs there's no libavcodec,  so mplayer fails to 
compile
because it tries to include postprocess.h.
The same thing happens when libavcodec is installed as shared lib.

This patches fixes both.
