[MPlayer-dev-eng] Another man consistency

line 1911, 2251: Use a '-' before the codec name to omit it.
line 1655: It's possible to negate the modes by prefixing them with "\-"

I think it's almost the same situation.
Which one is correct? And BTW why two different tyles of quoting?
(Note: I'm NOT telling I've found all places with this type of text)
