It's because we are so tired of flamewars^wdiscussions about the very
same subjects that we even put this in the FAQ:

So will you please drop this subject and spend your time on more
constructive avenues?  This is like teaching a tiger the advantages of
being a vegetarian - it has absolutely no effect and it annoys the
tiger.

Oh, and btw, if your postings contained any arguments then please
kindly point them out to me since in my blissful ignorance I could not
see any...

Sorry if this is coming out harsh, but we have been through this
several times including once where a poster offered to rewrite the
build system in auto*.  It was rejected even then.  The answer is
thanks, but no thanks and now please let it rest.
