as a muxer_lavf wrapper (between mplayer muxer api and libavformat)
is welcomed.
if you want to completely drop our muxer layer, and replace with lavf
api, i object. i had strong reasons of creating new api back in time,
and afaik lavf api didnt improved since ages.
