[MPlayer-dev-eng] [ANNOUNCE] New mailing list: mplayer-docs

A new mailing list was created a few minutes ago: mplayer-docs
From now on, documentation related discussions should take place there,
_instead_ of mplayer-dev-eng.

DOCS and homepage CVS logs will also appear on the -docs list, instead
of -cvslog.
