[MPlayer-dev-eng] get_percent_pos and get_time_length problem

Hi!

Get_time_length and get_percent_pos is approximately accurate for avi and asf, 
and in some lucky cases for mpeg iirc, nothing else. Eg. for mp3 it's indeed 
not working.
