I have some comments;), the patch works best with -idx option, with -forceidx 
sometimes it failed to seek back, (sometimes it even fail to generate the 
idx, but I think it's not my fault:), I don't know the reason. And when I 
test it with gui, it cannot seek using the progress bar, only shortcut key 
works. The biggest problems now is that it will generate some a/v out of sync 
(usually 1~2 secs) sometimes, now I have no idea how to improve the a/v 
sync :(.
