Hello,

The attached patch contains the following bug fixes:
GCC 3.3.1 fails on the vsscanf test unless you pass the right number of
parameters
f_gc doesn't get set to NULL resulting in multiple calls to XFreeGC and
a crash if you specify many videos on the command line at once.

also the following new features are added:
Grayscale palette support for QuickTime
Support for QuickTime 6.3 DLLs.
