[MPlayer-dev-eng] gcc-2.95.3 and altivec still broken

I had no time for it yet, but originally wanted to include it in pre1,
anyway, never "bitch" with developers! :)
Btw, ffmpeg fails on 2.95.3/4 too, as it doesn't checks for altivec gcc
support.
