[MPlayer-dev-eng] maintainer for Dutch DOCS

Hello all,

Gabuchino told me to get on this list if I wanted to help out with the dutch 
docs. Well just tell me what has to be done, and were I can place everything.
I ll start with it when I finished my exams... in a few days.
