The Dutch console output translation (help/help_mp-nl.h) is not up to 
date and unmaintained.  It would be nice if you could update it.  If you 
are willing to translate (and maintain) all of our user documentation 
(DOCS/en/ and/or DOCS/xml/en/) to Dutch then you are welcome to do so. 
Just start sending patches in my direction.
