That is correct. All text subtitles are reencoded to UTF-8 in order to
avoid misunderstandings. The sub_utf8 is a relict from the early days of
text subtitle support in Matroska when there was still a format that was
not reencoded to UTF-8. It is not written anymore.

> The second fix is a SSA newline fix.

I have applied the patch, but again with some modifications. I'm trying
to take care of possible overruns. Please test my changes.
