Ok here goes next (third) version of 2d denoiser filter. Fixed some bugs.
Added new feature - dualpass filtrating. And removed MMX optimisation, because
when I tried to convert them to style, which gcc 2.95 can understand it became
unstable and very weird.
                                                                                               
Resulting fps with dualpass filtrating of mpeg4 videofile with encoding output
as default singlepass mpeg4 is 1. (on Athlon XP 1800+)

PS If this edition of filter will be commited, please, fix language mistakes
in man file ;)

PS2 can someone give URL to documentation, about asm optimisations on pentium
and next CPU`s (about U anv V pipes, and so on)
