I'd like to remove support for old dvb drivers (0.9.4) after 1.0pre4 is 
out because there's
no reason not to upgrade to 1.x drivers.
Soon (hopefully) the API will change again to V4, and we'll have to keep up;
maintaining a 3-branched code would be a nightmare.
