[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] bugfix: subtitles from ogms are switched off to early

Hi!

The attached patch fixes a bug when playing ogm files with subtitles.
The subtitles are shown a bit to short, resulting in flickering when
subtitles follow each other with no pause between them. 

The ogm files which show this behaviour in current mplayer are fine,
xine for example shows the subtitles correctly with no visible pause
between them. The timing of the extracted subtitles also looks fine.

The patch increases the value added to clear_sub from 0.001 to 1.0 which
seems to work here. I don't know if that is the correct/perfect value -
but I don't mind if subtitles of broken ogm files are shown a bit too
long. But Showing subtitles of correct files too short isn't good.
