Hi, I added on top to my module and I was wondering if there was a
default key binding for this flag or it should only use -ontop.

Also there is already 2 patch submitted for vo_quartz that are waiting
to be committed. Only the last one should be used since both are diff 
from latest cvs.

I will wait to submit ontop patch, not to mess things up more.
