[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] beginnings of faac support for mencoder

Hi,
the attached patch (not very clean; it's more of a "can this be done?" thing 
than a working patch) allows mencoder to encode AAC audio using ffmpeg's faac 
support.

I don't have the time to do it right ATM (I _know_ hardcoding AAC=yes is 
evil), but maybe this fragment is useful to someone.
