hi,
here's the musepack support patch. ive done both demuxing and decoding 
at demux layer because the musepack arch doesnt allow anything else. 
also don't bother commenting on that total_samples global variable. some 
stuff in there is simply broken but its gonna be in there until i can 
find out whats wrong with seeking and percentage.
anyway its the musepack guys wanted to do some changes in the c lib 
anyway so it will likely change a bit in the next few days/weeks?
