French manpage is up-to-date. XML doc is "nearly" up-to-date, and
needs some reviews (I have reviewed just a short part of it). I don't
have that much time available to give you any fixed date when this
would be fixed, as part of this task is Nico's job.

I'm also testing the AMD-64 port (on Ubunto x86-64), and so far, I'm
still struggling with things such as:
Cannot test OS support for SSE, disabling to be safe.
and
Error opening/initializing the selected video_out (-vo) device.
even though I use x11 vo driver and X is working properly.

Wouldn't it be nice to hold the release a bit untill we're absolutly
sure this port is working?
