OK,
Patch applied.
I haven't applied man page, I'll let
Diego do that;)
Soon I will send (to -doc) a text file with all old, new and very
new xvid option with hope that it will help to manage option usage.
I just forgot to take it with me:(

Oh, and i have removed empty line addition - it is cosmetic ;P
