[MPlayer-dev-eng] 1gb+ indexes support

Hi,

I have a following problem.
I have a dv .avi file -- captured 90min casstette from ieee1394 camera
using kino application. The size of file is 19Gb. But mplayer shows
index only for one first Gb. I seemed the same trouble with another
file-another codec. Rebuilding index helps -- but thats long. Can that
be a mplayer limitaion? I tried Windoz Mediaplayer on that file -- no
problems with index. What do you think?
