Ciao Nicola.
I try to keep the message file up to date as much as possible, so it's
usually in sync with the English version. But that's the only part of
the Italian documentation that's maintained.
I updated the Italian docs for 0.90, and fixed them at 0.91 time. Docs
for current CVS were synced at 0.90, and never updated anymore (except
for urls and options names).
But i don't have enough time to mantain them anymore.
Meanwhile, html docs were obsoleted (docs are now in xml), so if you
want to translare them you're better start from scratch and use the old
docs only as a reference.
BTW, both the messagge file and the docs were translated and updated by
different people, so the style and wordings of the various sections is
not uniform.
There is no Italian manpage; i started a partial translation long time
ago, but it never went past draft stage.
I suggest you to subscribe also to mplayer-docs, that's where all the
discussions about docs and translations take place.
