This is a repost of a patch I've sent more than a week ago, but there
was no response. This patch is necessary to use the softpulldown,
filmdint or pullup filters on mixed telecined MPEG2 content with -vfm
ffmpeg.
Currently it is not possible to use vd_ffmpeg to transcode mixed soft
and hard telecined content, because vd_ffmpeg does not pass on the
repeat-first-field flag, so I've made this patch to allow this. This
only works for soft-telecined content which use the rff to extend the
frame duration by 50%, if the rff is used to add more than a
half-frame delay, it will probably mess things up, but AFAIK
mplayer-g1 is not really prepared to handle such content anyways, and
the flag set by this flag is only used by the above mentioned 3
filters, and setting this does not have any impact if these filters
are not used.
