This brings up the issue that mplayer doesn't support MJPEG A (markers) 
or B (no markers) which both use key frames and inter frames for 
temporal compression.  Therefore calling the key frame only JPEG codec 
mplayer uses MJPEG is incorrect and misleading.  In quicktime it's more 
correctly called "Photo - JPEG" for mplayer just drop the "M" and call 
it JPEG!
