[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] mac osx quartz vo support

Here it is. Still not finish but the base are there.  I think it can be 
added
to cvs.

file included are:

quartz.patch (patch configure and libvo/video_out.c)
vo_quartz.c
vo_quartz.h

configure autodetect quartz support with MACOSX or use --enable-macosx 
(was already there).
use -vo quartz to enable the driver in mplayer.

If the DOC need to ben updated, can someone help me with it?
