[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Better handing of ssa subtitle

hello,
somme ssa file like this don't have space between the beginning of the 
text and the last comma, so the actual parser don't work.

In my patch the number of comma are based on the number of comma of the 
line after "[Events]". So it will work with all script.
I hope I didn't broke anything.
