svn checkout http://svn.xiph.org/trunk/Tremor

This requires you to have svn (Subversion) installed, since they've now
switched to that and are no longer using cvs (Concurrent Versioning
System, AFAIK). Unfortunately their CVS page still gives instructions
CVS instead; I should contact them about that, but haven't gotten around
to it. (For some reason, their wiki appears to also be down...)
