Then you're using two-pass mode; frameno.avi is not involved, the
messages about it can be sefely ignored.. I still don't have enough
information to diagnose the problem; please post the entire text output
of MEncoder, preferably with -v (just in case), to the mplayer-users
mailing list. (The development list is not for user questions or for bug
reports, but for patches and for discussion among the developers.)
