I still see the bug with libvo/x11_common.c 1.175 but going back to
1.173 fixes it.

In mplayer when switching to fullscreen the width is set correctly but
the height is wrong (fills only about 2/3 of the screen).

This is with xv at 1400x1050 on RH9's metacity 2.4.55

Let me know if you want me to test any patches.
