[MPlayer-dev-eng] ALSA preference dialog for GUI etc...

Hi,
this patch unifies the settings Dialog for all aos, and enables it for 
ao_alsa as well. As as side-effect it fixes the problem of ao_alsa using 
the mixer device for ao_oss. Please test and comment.
