[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] 2-Window Fullscreen patch

Hi,

this patch adds 2-Window fullscreen, which works and is the way xine does, as 
discussed on g2-dev _last year_ (!).

It does not yet:

- Fix gui (strange behaviour to be expected / seeable when pressing f)
- Remove all code that is now no longer necessary

It is not tested with xinerama. (Don't have that)

It brings new global variables directly above the function, to encapsulate it 
for an easier later cleanup. (So you know what belongs to it)

Please test.

I hope that is this is that start of the end of the fullscreen issues.
