[MPlayer-dev-eng] [ffmpeg] error in libavcodec/h261.c

Sorry I write to this list, but I've tried to subscribe to ffmpeg-devel
two times and my reply message gets ignored/lost/whatever.

in ffmpeg/libavcodec/h261.c the last change (rev 1.6) introduced a compilation
error on gcc 2.95.
Around line 525, function h261_decode_gob it added check for empty gob
(as it's described in comment), but added used variable v AFTER
ff_set_qscale, which is illegal in C and gcc 2.95 enforces it.

Could anyone repost it at ffmpeg-devel or fix it?
