[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] 2-Window New method fullscreen - Please test.

Doing fullscreen this way is broken IMHO.If I want to switch to other
window/app using WM and to go back to fullscreen mplayer using WM too 
- with this method it is impossible because mplayer window becomes unmanagable.
