[MPlayer-dev-eng] Switching to gtk2.0

I've noticed mplayer compile flawless with gtk2.0 except for the about
dialog that compiles if defining:
#define GTK_ENABLE_BROKEN
on the top of Gui/mplayer/gtk/about.c, but this can be easily upgraded
following the specs on this link:
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/gtk-app-devel-list/2003-November/msg00132.html

Using gtk2 can permit also compiling gui on win32.
