[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] desensitize autohide on x11

Hi,

I made this patch today to keep the mouse from turning on/off with
tiny movements and autohide. My new mouse seems to slide very slowly
across my desk, so it makes the mouse appear briefly every few seconds
in the middle of the screen.

Right now the threshhold is 10 pixels within 1 second. It works well
because if you move the mouse normally it appears almost instantly,
but if you move the mouse very slowly, it never appears (the distance
resets after 1 second).
