[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Get rid of darwinfixlib.sh

Attached is a patch that removes all references to ./darwinfixlib.sh in 
the root Makefile, and replaces them with ranlib in the individual 
Makefiles. This way, static libraries aren't always touched, so MPlayer 
won't be relinked at all builds. I may have missed a place or two where 
it was needed.

If this patch is applied, it should be safe to remove darwinfixlib.sh 
from CVS.

On a slightly related note, why is the .PHONY target in the root 
Makefile commented out? With it enabled, all subdirectories are 
correctly rebuilt when their contents have changed.
