[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] mingw + sdl compilation fixes

mingw will enable sdl output by default if it finds sdl-config, but 
the code is broken currently and will not compile. this patch fixes 
any compilation errors. '-ao sdl' will work fine if you want to 
use it for some reason. '-vo sdl' is broken though and will 
crash if you try to play with it, but at least it compiles now.

note: the default directx output is unaffected
