[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Major tool revisions and new ones like RIFF and IFF

Hi,

This is my last patches for inclusion within the TOOLS directory as 
given the bullshit amount of anti-Apple and other flaming crap that 
goes on here I have decided to shift my attention to the VLC project 
which seems to have better core support for other UNIX derivatives.  
Hopefully the movinfo patch (renamed listmov)  will finally show how 
much more flexible the format is and that it's use beyond simple video 
and audio into the arena of presentations made it the preferred choice 
for the MPEG v4 file format.
