[MPlayer-dev-eng] About changing parameters' meaning

Hi,
I need to remove a parameter from the suboptions of -dvbin (type, 
useless because you can't force a tuner type and
there's no risk of misdetection) and to change the meaning
of the Diseqc value in channels.conf (only for DVB-Sat users).

For the first one I can use CONF_TYPE_PRINT;
the second change is needed to make mplayer 100% compatible with "scan"
(the DVB scan application that finds TV channels) but incompatible with the
current channels file.


Ok to proceed, eventually adding a warning after every tuning?
