Committed, thanks.

Netx time please send patch as attachment, i had to apply it by hand  
(spaces messed up by mailer).
I did not applied the module.c part, because IMHO is not needed  
(there's no such sanity check for other codecs) and could prevent  
slightly different version of the codec to work.
