[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] (updated) AltiVec hScale plus fix

Hello all,

The attached patch adds an AltiVec-enhanced
hScale for some common cases (filterSize of 4,
8, 12, 16), and fixes the vector initializations.

Thanks to Marc Hoffman for reminding me I really
should use vec_msums().
