[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH][new version] AltiVec hScale, all size

Hello all,

A new version of my AltiVec hScale patch. It
adds proper support for all filter size.
It falls back on C code for very small filter
(where C code is faster), and round up
everything else to a multiple of 8 except
3/4 that are rounded to 4. It should never
be slower than the original C code, and
is *much* faster for large filter.
