[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH][RESENT] check backup IFO files in libmpdvdkit2

I haven't seen any comments for about a week, so I'm resending it.  this fix 
has been working fine for me.

 I have some dvds where the IFO files don't read correctly.  This patch just 
 makes the dvdread code check the backup BUP files if it finds any problems.
 It made those titles playable, I'm surprised someone didn't do this along 
 time ago.
