[MPlayer-dev-eng] PATCH: altivec yuv2rgb color space conversion, enabling Realtime

This patch enables REAL TIME video decode on G4 architectures with X11, 
GL, GL2 video out drivers.

It includes integrated altivec_yuv2packedX codes and previously 
contained the hScale codes as well, however I have removed the hScale 
codes in favor of Romain Dolbeau's implementation.
