IIRC it happens with every streamed rtsp url.

I attached a revised version of the patch:
- moved ..._stop_keeping after detection of smil format (detection of  
everything after smil was broken, it was impossible to parse the ram  
file form the url you gave me)
- added "smil found" message
- reformatted to conform playteeparse.c style

Please test, if ok i'll commit it.

There is still a problem: if we have a playlist into a playlist (in  
this case it's a smil file inside a ram file), the scond one doesn't  
get parsed: probably the -playlist switch have no effect on the files  
on the playlist.
