You should perhaps take a little step back. I hanged on this channel
enouth to know how you use your op status.
Persone A join. Somebody you know or remeber from the list, he can say
whatever he want, discuss any nearly any topic, etc. Fine. Person B come
over but you don't know him. Depending on your mood he may have the chance
to say some words before getting kicked.
There's perhaps a little bit of exageration in the above paragraph but
i doubt you would dare to call that lies.

That's not the question. The question is why should one pass the "Accpeted by
Gabucino" test to be allowed to join this channel ?
