[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] play asf file fix

someone complained about a file which mplayer could
 not play from a website.

http://www.ljcentral.net/wms/eir/tls/2004/tls040417_en_hi.asf

it is extension .asf so the first attempt is
asf_streaming

this fails as the webserver doesnt stream the file
AFAIK.

I submit a patch to fall back to nop_streaming for
this failure on http protocol.

playback now works using patch.
