you can Ignore this patch as it is now out of date.
some issues were already worked on.

I could volunteer to sync libfaad2 since I am willing to try anything
and I tried this yesterday in my code.

already compiled for me and removed many of the issues in this patch.

will post info on patch location in a seperate clean thread.

Would need some testing help.
