Okay yes I did have this option in the Makefile for your patch.
Will also build without this and test again.

I have one which is labeled he aac (Just downloaded it from the web in a quick
 search for samples).
Could only test it with your patch as it failed playback with the CVS patch.
Will see if I can get another sample in this format.
