[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] alsa: use the corresponding mixer for the configured soundcard

Hi,

This is a patch for the alsa part of mplayer:

At the moment, mplayer chooses the mixer device independendly of the
soundcard. 

E.g. select a soundcard for mplayer via .mplayer/config
"ao=alsa1x:hw:1,0"
Unless configured otherwise, mplayer uses the mixer of the alsa
"default" device, instead of the corresponding mixer of the configured
soundcard.

IMHO the right approach would be, that mplayer uses the corresponding
mixer of the configured soundcard. The attached patch implements this.

It would be nice, if could have a look at it and apply it. ;-)
